That WOD was quick, but I thought I was gonna die :)) The rower sacked me pretty bad, and it just got worse from there ... loving the new programming model at CC!!

That was a tough one James! I do like the Turkish get up though, we did those with Randal at his boot camp occasionally. Thursday's wod wasn't much better, the whole lifting heavy things before doing a metcon is rough...
