Double Unders...for the month, 3PRs a week minimum. Hope everyone has a great holiday weekend :)
Do you have a speed rope? Annie got hers from Dick's Sporting Store. I need to pick one up and then I'm in for the June DU Club! What do you think, should our ultimate goal be 50 in a row?
ReplyDeleteI have a Nike speed rope, but I think I'm going to get a Buddy Lee rope to try too!
ReplyDeleteMy PR is 7 right now, so yeah I think 50 is reasonable and achievable as a long term goal for this.
