  • 1045am - Whey shake, water
  • 145pm - Whey shake, apple, water
  • 330pm - sausage, apple, lara bar, water
  • 615pm - sausage, mixed nuts/seeds, water
  • 940pm - turkey, couple crackers w/cheese, water
