Today Crossfit Central had a free WOD, which are usually fun -- today was a good one! Each person does one movement until the person carrying the plate returns at which time you rotate. Reps of KB & burpees are counted.

Warmup as usual plus they added rope ladder drills & 800m run
12min for total reps, team of 3
KB swings, 24kg
Burpee - touch pullup bar on jump
200m plate carry run 45lb plate
