Option 1: Use the bigger weight, as long as you can use proper technique, resulting in slower time for WOD
Option 2: Use lighter weight, resulting in faster time for WOD
Generally I am an Option 1 type of person. I like the challenge. "Get stronger!" is something you will hear a lot from Crossfit Central coaches -- mine anyway!
Today was one of those days. I chose to stick with a bigger kettlebell, and ended up with a DNF in the WOD.
