Tuesday evening, my dog was hit by a car - she survived, barely. As a result, I spent Tuesday night at the Vet ER and then home worried and could not sleep at all. I didn't workout yesterday and, after feeling the stress of the last couple days, I was happily surprised I got to sleep last night. I really needed to get back in the gym today, if only to get my mind off of things. Dog still at vet hospital, the crazy amount of money this shit cost me, etc.
