Reading the board today at CC, I knew it would suck. The warmup seemed harder than usual, I was tired going in, but still! Once we got started, I paced the first 800 pretty well then my plan went to shit :)) I ended up doing 5 reps, rest a couple, 5 reps rest a couple (repeat) until I got through, which saved me some time I think since I was moving more, resting less? hmm
