  • 745am - Egg omelet with sausage and mushroom, cooked in evoo, water, cofee
  • 1140am - Sausage, tomato, nuts, water
  • 245pm - can of tuna, tomato, nuts, water
  • 730pm - Baked salmon, steamed veg, salad w/evoo, water
  • 945pm - Celery w/a little almond butter, water
