David King mentioned that working on my ankle/foot flexibility would really help me, so I'm going to commit myself to working on that every day along with my 100 squats. He showed me a couple ways to work on this, which I've already started to do.
I have a couple new short term goals for the next 3 months.
- Get my CFT back over 1000 (950 total this week). That means I've gotta hit the weight pile.
- 15 Unbroken pullups. Right now I'm stuck at 11. Once I get my garage set back up in my new house, a good pullup bar is priority one! I think I can get this one pretty fast!

Food
- 750am - Eggs, bacon, nuts, coffee, water
James, you've inspired me with your 100 days of Squats. I've started 100 days of sit ups. I struggle with those and do them VERY SLOOOOOOWLY, so I've added that to the mix. Can't wait for tomorrow, gonna be fun!
