11/18 - ehh.. yeah.

Not a lot to write about with this one. It's yet another reminder of something I need to really do a lot of work on.

Crossfit Central WOD
3 rounds
3 Overhead squat
9 Back squat
18 Burpees
2 shuttle run

Rx is 155lbs... I did 75lb OHS & 155lb back squat.
