2011-June-15 - Krav Maga Level 1/2 ClassToday's class started off with a good warmup, some shoulder/knee/head touch and then into straight punches, which we haven't done much of. We then moved to choke defense. Next thing I knew our hour was done!
After that, finished up work an headed out to Lake Travis for a dive. Good day!
