10/8 - More Fun Friday

Really enjoying getting in more work up at CC. Today was a great time, and everyone got in a great workout in fantastic weather.

Crossfit Central Kettlebell
WOD1 two rounds, 16kg bell
45 sec pushpress, 80m run, 45 sec hot potato squat, 80m run, 30sec rest.
WOD2 Tabata 6 rounds: 
box step-up, 2x16kg in rack position, 
pushups on kb handles
