Yes, rehab. Fitness rehab. I've been working out real hard, but not getting the results that I should be. I'm pretty sure I know why, and I bet you can easily guess. The fuel I'm using is 87 and I need to be on 93, ya dig?
So starting NOW I am in David King's Fitness Rehab. I will share both my successes and struggles going forward. For now, time to print my list and go grocery shopping!
