Mar 11 - Back to work

It sucks being sick and off my game, but it's far better than laying up with a fever drinking water and watching CSI reruns! Today was brutal, but man I feel great! Can't wait to work out tomorrow!

  • 745am - Egg omelet with mushrooms and roast beef cooked in coconut oil, coffee w/honey, water
  • 140pm - Small whey shake, boiled egg, couple bites of roast beef, banana, water (pwo)
  • 330pm - Can of tuna, baby carrots, pistachios, water
  • 500pm - Jerkey, nuts, water
  • 900pm - Sausage, tomato, orange, water
