Mar 25 - HUGE class today ... Awesome!

Man, what a huge class today! 24 (or 22?) people! Affiliates from all over dropped in to have a great WOD, so we had to make a change to what was planned - half the class did one of the below then we switched. With so many people, the vibe was awesome.

CrossFit Central - WOD 1
AMRAP - 10 min
12 pullups
12 box jump
12 GDH hip extensions
5 rounds, 7 pullups RXd

CrossFit Central - WOD 2
AMRAP - 10min
5 Burpees
10 KB Swing, 24kg
15 PVC faux pullups (kinda like shoulder press)
7 rounds + 5 burpees

Food
  • 755am - Eggs fried in turkey bacon grease, tomato, turkey bacon, coffee w/coconut milk, water
  • 145pm - Whey shake, banana, water (pwo)
  • 250pm - Sausage, tomato, celery, almonds, water
  • 540pm  - Turkey, tomato, celery w/almond butter, water
  • 730pm - Pork loin seared in coconut oil, steamed veg, water
  • 915pm - small whey shake, almonds, water
