Worked on muscle-ups. I came SO f--king close to doing a real one! I will beat this bully!

  • 1240pm - Turkey, orange, tomato, nuts, water
  • 240pm - Can tuna, tomato, pistachios, water
  • 730pm - Turkey, meatballs, peppers, water
  • 940pm - Turkey, tomato, nuts, water
