The Daily Grind: A Matter of Momentum

Momentum. Do you believe in it? I am starting to!

Check out this article!  I wonder how much more I could do in a day if I panned my tasks the day prior. I know I have a lot of things that come up out of the blue (seems like), but there are things I do every day that I sometimes forget or put off.

I can feel the momentum of progress. Workouts, diet, professional, personal life, everything.
